A proceeding was commenced against the appellee before the State Board of Medical Registration and Examination for the revocation of his license to practice naturopathy or drugless medicine because of gross immorality. The board entered an order revoking his license. The appellee took a so-called appeal to the Circuit Court of Marion County. The venue was changed to the Hamilton Circuit Court, where the cause was tried by the court without a jury, and there was a judgment for the appellee. Numerous errors are assigned, but we need consider only the assignment which questions the sufficiency of the evidence.
